













How we got Factory-Reset capability on a RaspberryPi OS

We have a custom hardware based on raspberryPi that goes on field and is expected to work without human supervision. We frequently see them become unresponsive (mainly due to power-off power-on behaviour causing files to get corrupted) after a while which would require a technician visit.
I’m going to talk about how we used the open-source nature of raspberryPi platform to tweak some software to get some eyes on when these things happen on the field for us.
