Photography: A tool in Research and Conservation

Abstract: Photography has developed and evolved since the 1860’s. Its true potential was discovered and harnessed from late 1990’s. Since then, breaking its realm and identity as just a form of art; photography has become a tool, and a very powerful one. Today photography has found its place in most of the fields and has become integral part of visual media. Apart from capturing moments and emotions, they also tell stories. This talk is about the use of photography as a tool in Research and Conservation.
