* Brief introduction to what Services are (API / WebServices, SOAP / REST, XML / JSON). A quick demo of accessing a public webservice over cURL to drive home the Request/Response concept.

* Services Testing – then and now: Traditionally Services Tests have been done at the integration level, we explain how to incorporate more services tests in functional testing. A short comparative demo of how to test the same functionality over UI vs over API (using a public API)

* Highlight how testing functionality via Services gives faster feedback, how we can overcome some of the flakiness of UI tests (Reliability standpoint)
