In this complicated business environment, the supply chain planning process is becoming increasingly complex. It’s time to simplify that so that the executive management is able to participate in the process and make better decisions about the business planning. With this goal in mind, I have created an integrated sales and operations planning tool (in Excel) that attempts to make the periodic sales and operations planning more effective and efficient by simplifying the decisions and reducing the time.
I want to demo the tool to the tech world, so that it could be converted into a full blown tech tool that could be commercialized.
