I have been teaching Electrical Engineering since 2010. This is my journey as a teacher, and reasons why I left academia to become a freelance tutor. A rant about everything wrong with engineering colleges, from the lecturer’s perspective as well as a discussion on the joy of teaching. Hopefully a discussion that leads to some people thinking about changing the current system.
