Google Summer of Code – Entry to the open source world

While most of us are eager to contribute to open source, the process of finding a good open source community that can help us to contribute is a nightmarish experience. In this session I would like to share a brief overview of my google summer of code experience and why it’s one of the most ideal ways to start contributing to open source.

The session will also include tips and tricks to people who wish to apply to Gsoc and a description of my work for openstack zaqar this year.
