Govt has data, mostly hidden but available. But the sad part is the data is represented mostly in uninteresting way.
Lets make this data interesting by applying technology.

Thej I believe its not technology which hinders representation, its the creativity of the UI Designer/Developer who is not motivated enough.
I agree. I think it would be easy for a designer to know what technologies to use to make it simple and fast. We can design something *live*.
true, a designer should know the limitations of technology and what new can be done with it.
The problem is that the government moves at a snail speed while giving out data in a standard format 🙁
KSRTC and BMTC have been working on a Google Transit feed for what seems like an eternity now. Still Waiting!!
