The word you want is crackers – not hackers.
Both crackers and hackers dont have any standard defination, it is changing as time changes. It has overlap too.
I have seen, each community likes to define there own defination based on there likings.
In that sense, Hacker can you the power of virus to break the system, to break the software, etc…
