The Hoysala Temples
Somnathapura, Belur and Halebidu are not the only Hoysala temples near Bangalore. There are umpteen of them littered around Bangalore which are just a few hours away.
In this talk, I will try to talk about some of them. Probably start with a general introduction to Hoysalas, architecture of their temples, interesting facets of their architecture and some of my observations.
So, the next time when you step into any temple, and especially a Hoysala temple, you know how to appreciate the intricate details and further your thirst in this entertaining journey.
