I am trying to understand how to teach (Pedagogy) in my startup eSadhana.in. eSadhana is an online course ware for students to learn programming, I am currently teaching students in a rural engineering college who are not placed and have the challenge of placing these students. This talk will be about this effort, what has worked? , what hasnt . Can we do a complete online tutoring to this crowd , If so how, How are they learning?. I will try to present statistics, and things that I have learnt teaching them.
