By popular demand, I will be covering some popular Android UI design patterns (shown below) like dashboard, the action bar, VIewPager (the page swiping pattern seen on the new android market), Search Bar, Quick Actions and so on.
Moreover, I will cover how to include these ui patterns in your app without actually creating one from scratch 🙂 You can basically use many open source components in your app to implement this functionality!

Can you pls discuss on the following:
1. Good UI features in Honeycomb and Ice cream versions of Android.
2. Your experiences with the date pick widget in android and any alternatives to that?

* Yup, I will be covering some of the good UI features in Honeycomb and ICS.
* Sure, I can give you some alternatives to the stock date pick widget.
The session timings will be declared on the morning (around 9am) of Feb11th itself, it will be posted on the website at around the same time.
