How to publish a book with free and open source environment

Many people exploring new areas would have urge to publish a book to share their knowledge with others. In this session, I would like to share how I used Wikibooks and Libreoffice to create a book that can be easily printed in a booklet form. We will also explore e-publishing options as well.
